EMPOWERING CREATIVE VILLAGES THROUGH FINE ARTS AND SUBLIMATION TECHNOLOGY

The Creative Village Empowerment Program in Pasirnanjung, Sumedang, integrates fine arts and digital sublimation technology to strengthen rural community capacity. Using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach with 20 participants, the program involved needs identification, training in screen printing and sublimation, Android-based graphic design practice, and evaluation through Likert-scale reflection and portfolio assessment. Results showed significant improvements in knowledge, skills, attitudes, and socio- economic impact. Findings highlight fine arts as both cultural expression and entrepreneurial empowerment. This study concludes that integrating arts and technology provides a sustainable model for creative village development, reinforcing identity and fostering culture-based entrepreneurship.
