Organisational Internal Constraints in Financial Public Relations Practices

There is no doubt that public relations now is accepted in Malaysia as a profession, al-though, perhaps, not yet on a par with other long established professions like medicine, engineering and accountancy. Although public relations is accepted as an essential func-tion by any organisation, be it government or otherwise it seems quite accurate to perceive public relations practitioners as operating at the cutting edge of organisational and social change.
